It would work if you were not wanting to turn it once you have it in place. Once you have it on your windshield, don’t plan on turning it or adjusting it too much or you will break it. The little plastic feet that click into the neck of the item, are fragile. It would have worked except I adjusted the neck while on the windshield and it snapped.

It works. But, when I tried to reposition it once, the little plastic clips that connect the part that grabs the phone to the bendy arm broke off. So, I glued it back together.

It’s just a bad connector design. However, the rest of the design – holding the phone, the flexible arm, and the suction cup – all work flawlessly.

My wife is a little bothered by the rattling sound the phone-holder part makes when no phone is in it.

Nevertheless, I imagine someone will come up with a better product, but this is still working for me. I like how long the arm is – it brings the phone right out to where I want it, even though I mount it really far forward down on the windshield to limit blockage of visibility.

What a horrible product. It wasn’t sturdy enough to hold my Droid X without bouncing around, and the first time I moved the neck into a different position (to get it out of the sun), it broke off the stand. It was completely unusable, I wish I’d saved myself the time & money.
