Rounds are rare to buy and I have seen them offered up to 10x their monthly value,however every window cleaner keeps up to date with the weather and if we have 2 months of snow this year as they are expecting then I doubt you would get 9k for it right now far less 30k, if I was you I would try and sell it July-august nxt yr for 20k
