Lava cloth is great for dressing up the back of pieces to give them a more finished and professional look. 100% American made and does not stick to glass, kiln shelves, kiln brick, or fiber board. It doesn and 39;t get much easier than this simply fuse directly onto the lava cloth. Clean up is easy too, just put it in the trash. Lava cloth will last through many firings, so don and 39;t toss it until it starts to break down and gets fuzzy. Pre-firing is recommended because the cloth will shrink slightly during its first firing. Lava cloth is easily cut with scissors and is sold in 36 x 36 pieces (one square yard).
