Windex makes a cleaner that comes in a handy spray container that attaches to your garden hose. I have used it at our warehouse before and it will reach second story windows fine. Just spray on the cleaner, let sit and switch the lever to rinse. They come clean with amazement! At least I have not experienced a problem.
