Well here in Florida they usually charge $ 300-450 and they do way more than what u mentioned
figure an hourly rate for yourself. doesn’t matter what they have, all that matters is how long it will take you.
you got to charge $ 500 for this. this is a rock solid price and you are in a win win situation
At $ 25/hr it should take you 2 hours, $ 50.
I would say about $ 50. I think it’s a decent price. I hope this helps! =)
Depends on where you live. If you are from the midwest or south: $ 65-90…I would charge higher if you live near the coasts.
$ 200 per clean. depends on how nasty the house is too though. To be honest I just took an educated guess because window washing and other stuff can be tough sometimes.
House cleaning prices depend upon the area of the U.S. that you live in, and even within a town or city the prices vary from low to high. My daughter lives in Houston, and she pays twice what I do to have her house cleaned. You need to find out how much your competiton is charging. Call some of your competitors and pretend to ask them how much they will clean your house for. Pick a fee that is in the middle. You’ve got to be dilligent and hard-working if you want to keep your clients, though, no matter how much you get paid.
I’m from a middle-sized city in TX, and have a sizeable one-story home & no pets. The children are grown & gone. I pay my housekeeper $ 45 every 2 weeks. She usually spends about 3 hours on the house, and the fee averages between $ 10 – $ 12.50 hr. She does not do laundry, but she does change out the sheets and puts the dirty ones in the laundry room bin. She dust everything in every room and cleans bathrooms (yes, I provide the suppliies & the vacuum) and vacuums all carpeting and mops all tile floors. She does the ceiling fans and the tops of the curtains and does minor stuff that catches her eye, like changing light bulbs etc. She does a thorough job in the kitchen – always cleans the shelves in the fridge and gets rid of spoiled food, and when I’ve used the self-cleaning oven, she wipes it down.
I don’t know what I’d do without her. When my dad died, she helped me get the laundry done and packed my suitcase and got me out the door on time to get to the airport. I;ve given her name to a lot of my friends, and her business has really grown She does everything by word-of-mouth. If you treat your clients well, you will be repaid even more than the money she pays you.
